Viewing and Editing Organization Details
To access and manage your organization's profile, follow these steps:
- Click on the Organization settings icon to access your organization's profile.
Customize your organization's appearance by selecting an icon color.
Update your organization's name and provide a clear description to effectively communicate its purpose.
Adding Users to Your Organization
You can add users to your organization and define their permissions, as well as specify the workspaces they have access to. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Organization Users section and click on Add Users.
- Provide the user's email, specify their roles and permissions. You can grant specific permissions, such as managing members, inviting users, managing organization details, handling billing information, viewing members, creating new workspaces, and more.
- Choose the workspace you want to invite the user to and click on Invite.
Inviting Organizations to Participate in a Shard
You can invite organizations to create a workspace within your organization. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Organization Users section and click on Invite Organization.
- Add the email of the organization you want to invite and choose the available chain you want them to participate in.
Managing Your Workspaces
Only Professional Shards are configurable. Developer Shards are non-configurable.
The Workspace dashboard displays the total number of available workspaces. If you need to create additional workspaces, simply click the Add New Workspace option.
